Walls Wisdom Works is a North Carolina nonprofit corporation. Walls Wisdom Works operates GrantConnection, a grant-readiness and funding-resource program and software platform. This Privacy Policy describes how Walls Wisdom Works collects, uses, stores, and discloses information collected through GrantConnection and through wallswisdomworks.org.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name, title, organization name, and website when you request a consultation or complete our intake forms
• Email address when you subscribe to GrantConnection or sign up for our resource guides
• Organization and program details submitted through our client intake and grant discovery questionnaires
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers directly)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide grant consulting and GrantConnection subscription services
• Prepare research briefs and Fundability Assessments for consulting clients
• Send educational resources, grant digests, and service updates you have opted into
• Process payments securely through Stripe
• Improve our services and communicate with you about your engagement

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We work with trusted service providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), and Resend (email delivery) solely to operate our services. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

Email Communications

When you sign up for a resource guide, subscription service, or newsletter, you will receive email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly at julius@wallswisdomworks.org.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information using industry-standard security practices. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics (G-PQ43BNTM6Z) to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect data such as pages viewed, session duration, and general location. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use advertising network cookies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at julius@wallswisdomworks.org. Walls Wisdom Works will respond to verified deletion requests and will delete or de-identify information where reasonably feasible, subject to legal, billing, security, backup, and legitimate operational retention requirements.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for organizations and their adult representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
