Model Overview
Fundability is built in stages. Organizations do not need to start at the beginning, and the relationship does not have to end after a single grant cycle. Walls Wisdom Works organizes its work into four stages.
Walls Wisdom Works is a nonprofit advisory and capacity-building practice: the people-led, relationship-based work of assessing, strategizing, writing, and partnering with your organization. GrantConnection, our grant intelligence program, is the technology platform that helps you continuously find and evaluate specific funding opportunities. The two are complementary, not the same thing.
Assess
Every engagement can begin with a Fundability Assessment: a structured look at your mission clarity, program design, organizational narrative, evidence of community need, outcomes measurement, financial readiness, governance, and grant readiness. You leave with a clear picture of where your organization is strong and where it needs to grow, not a guess.
